N.B Urine collection: Do not collect the first morning urine. Urine should preferably be collected after moderate physical exercise (Walking, climbing stairs, etc.) in order to facility desquamation of urothelial cells. Send the bottle to the laboratory immediately or store + 4°C or sample can be fixed by a volume equal of alcohol at 50%. N.B WE CAN USE ALCOHOL 95%, But THE VOLUME OF ALCOHOL SHOULD BE 1/3 THE VOLUME OF THE LIQUID. |
